Who We Are: Our Story
Groww was founded in 2024 by two families—the Shahs and the Pandits—connected by years of friendship, a shared entrepreneurial spirit and a belief that wealth multiplies when shared.
Headquartered in Greater Philadelphia, Groww brings together decades of real estate, finance, interior design and business expertise. Yahya and Sophia Shah, founders of the established development firm Sy LLC, bring over 20 years of real estate experience and a sharp eye for luxury interiors. On the other side, Gourav and Mayura Pandit contribute their deep knowledge in procurement, finance, customer insights and marketing.
What started as a personal investment partnership evolved into a full-fledged real estate investment platform—built to help others participate in profitable, under-the-radar opportunities without the burden of time, expertise or operational hassle.
Our model was first tested between the founding families, turning a property bought for under $300K into a $1.2M+ luxury development in just six months. Encouraged by success, the second phase welcomed close friends and family, transforming a $200K purchase into a projected $1.4M asset. Today, we are in our expansion phase, inviting accredited investors to be a part of this shared wealth journey.
At Groww, we specialize in locating undervalued properties, transforming them into high-end homes, and offering fully managed, secure, and high-return investment opportunities. Every project is backed by end-to-end oversight—from acquisition and design to development, sale or ongoing asset management. All finances are handled with full transparency, including vendor payments, investor distributions and documentation like 1099s and K-1s.

Co-Founder & Director of Construction With over 30 years of experience and 150+ projects in Greater Philadelphia, Yahya is the execution mastermind behind Groww’s developments. From planning to material selection, he ensures every home is built to perfection on time and beyond expectation.

Gourav Pandit
Co-Founder & Head of Strategy A strategy-driven leader with an MBA from Syracuse University, Gourav brings deep expertise in sourcing, investor relations, and market alignment. He focuses on maximizing profitability while keeping investors at the heart of every decision.
Fun Fact: Sports lover and travel enthusiast—always exploring new adventures with his family.
Sofia Yahya
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer Sofia oversees budgeting, land acquisition, vendor coordination, and interiors—ensuring every project runs efficiently and within cost. Her eye for feasibility and finance keeps our projects grounded and profitable.
Fun Fact: A seasoned real estate expert and dedicated homemaker, she cherishes time with her two daughters.
Mayura Pandit
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing & Investor Relations Mayura leads communications, capital strategy, and investor engagement. She ensures every investor is informed, valued, and part of our shared growth journey. She also co-curates luxury interiors for our premium homes.
